I'm always ending up with a new password and that's very annoying because it's hard to keep changing passwords because it's confusing to remember which is the right word

open the case og your laptop then u see cmos cell take away it for 20 minutes then refix it your bios password is aclear.

pls try this 2 things
also i brief in detail
most laptops are easy enough to get the battery out believe it or not.
In some cases I have found the battery to be underneath the wireless card or the RAM (open up the slots on the underside of the laptop, take out the RAM and the card and see if you can see the battery)
If not, it's usually located under the keyboard.
In the vast majority of cases, you just need to take off the FRONT PANEL and then you will see screws for the keyboard.
The front panel may need a screwdriver and pry it up from the side, or there may be somewhere on the back of the hinge to pry open, or finally, there may be screws keeping it on, located by taking out the main battery.
After you get the panel off, the keyboard will either slide out or there will be screws.
Once the keyboard is loose it will be connected by a ribbon - if you don't know how to attach the ribbon again, DONT take it off! In most cases the ribbon is long enough to get a good enough look underneath.
If you can't see the bios battery straight away, there may be a silver plate covering it so next, unscrew any screws and lift it up.
If the bios battery is not there, I'm gonna leave it up to you to decide if you're going in further or not!
try this

You will need to boot in safe mode (f8 after restart) and try the administrator account. If you do not know the the password for any account you will need to create a boot disk to reset the password.
This is a good place to start:

I have used this many times to reset passwords on XP systems:

Hi there
you cannot access the bios if it is password protected, the best thing you can do at this moment in time is locate the bios battery and short it to clear the password, this does not always work on some toshiba machines but its worth a try
Good luck and kind regards

You can download password recovery software from a friends machine or from the public library.
SOURCE: Bios password reset
There is a battery on the main board. Removing it for 5 seconds will clear the bios password and the clock. Put it back in and all you will have to do is reset the clock.
