Can't install softwares from my pc to nokia n72

I am unable to install any software from my pc to my nokia n72 always it shows some error message. i had format my mobile but it was not helpful. please help. Regards, Munish Aggarwal, +91 9419308992

    I already had the pc suit installed in my pc 
    actully there was a virus in my mobile, and yesterday when i was scanning my mobile the antivirus dissapeared,
    later on i format my mobile using * ,3 & green button
    after that no software is installing even themes are also not installing.

I have Nokia N72, when I trying to install applications or even PC suite, it is showing an error "Installation security error unable to install"
The phone needs to be formatted .... take backup and then press *#7370# ...default code 12345
...the phone will restart ...after which try again

Open settings.
Make sure : software installation is set to "ALL".
And online certification check is set to "OFF".

N72 pc suite support on phone issue
Hi Friend,
The PC Suite which u have installed may not be properly installed so kindly follows the below link and download the free version os Latest PC Site with Software Upgrade.

After installing check it u will be able to connect the mobile and PC via PC Suite.

Then u can see all the messages and contacts,music files,datas,etc

Nokia n 72 software installation problem
Nokia N72 Built with Symbian operating system 60 series. Some times older S60 softwares cannot be supported. Remember N72 supports SIS installation files But also support some sis files. the difference you can able to notice SIS and sis. Try to install SIS files rather than sis. Upon my knowledge N72 supports most of the sis older installation files which supports 3650,6600,7610 Nokia mobiles
