Question about Microsoft LifeChat™ LX-3000 Headset

Can i connect microsoft lifechat headphones to android tablet

I have a Tesco Hudl witha micro usb connector. When I connect headphones I can adjust sound with them but it doesn't come through the headphone

From the image, it looks like this has a cable (not Bluetooth). Is that correct? If it's a USB headset, it should Just Work. Go to System Preferences > Sound, and click on the Input tab: choose the USB headset, and then do likewise for Output.

how do i connect the Microsoft LX-3000 Lifechat headphone to x box 360, i plugged the usb into the front of the x-box and its not working , i,ve got no drivers, but i can down load them , but what do i do with the drivers then?

What are you trying to connect it to? Be sure the female port is indeed a micro port and not a standard HDMI or macro HDMI.

Since downloading the Jan 2015 update to my Hudl 2 it no longers sees my bluetooth keyboard. I have tried the reloading trick, but as said it no longer sees it at all. The keyboard no longer exists.

Did you turn on the bluetooth? The default is to turn bluetooth off when upgrading.

If it is recognised as a 3G device, you can program it under settings in android. It should detect most settings.

The Mic art of the headset will not work but the headphone part works on my Mac, all of the settings in my Sound Preferences are correct so why is the mic not working? The light that indicates that the mic is muted is on and will not go off. Other people have said that their mic settings work on mac, but they never say anything other than change the options in Sound which I have already tried including changing the input and output volume and tried turning on and off the mute checkbox as some videos on YouTube have suggested. I am completely baffled and do not have the money to buy a new headset.
