I forgot my gopro wifi now i dont know what to do because i have some videos on my phone already on the gopro app and now i want to add the new ones i just got but i forgot my password

No direct connection possible right now. Perhaps in the future?
To get your video on the iPad you could use a memory card reader, or a wifi memory card. But both are not capable to stream video streams life.
Perhaps Apple, can be moved to bring a connection tool, for video, but there is noting right now.
I would check with your cellphone provider or call Samsung directly to find out how to reset the phone. How ever this may cause you to lose your contacts as well. I had a palm Trio a long time ago and to reset the phone their was a reset button inside the battery compartment , along with pushing that button along with the power button that reset the phone to the date it was manufactured
If you set a pass code (or pattern) that you cannot remember, please enter the wrong password (10-20 times) until you are prompted to sign in via your google account. Please note, this will only work if you have already setup your google account on the tablet. If you have not set up a Google (or Gmail) account on the tablet, you will have to perform a firmware install, which will revert the tablet back to factory settings.
