This is a common problem with Samsung phones. If it is a new phone, take it to the service agent, who will replace the touch pad, gratis. If it is an old phone, which is out of warranty, then you will be charged for it
Hello. Unfortunately this is the major problem of touch screen phones: the touch screen gets broken and has to be replaced. I had a similar problem with my samsung (only after 3-4 months).
