There is no audio sound when I touch the screen. Also when I make a phone call, the person can hear me, but I cannot hear the other person. Also when I want to restart the phone, there is no response, then after a few minutes, the phone turns off. When the phone turns back on, the phone goes black, and nothing happens when I touch any of the buttons on the phone. When using the apps, there is no response, including my recordings. What can I do to fix this nightmare. Thank-you in advance.
Try connecting a wired headphone to the jack and make a new call. If you can hear the other person, yhe internal speaker may be bad. Keep using the wired headphone, or use a Bluetooth headphone until you decide to upgrade the phone. I recommend the S6 or S8 (the even number model are better).

there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is going black when you use the keyboard.
The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.
I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will not go black again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.
If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

I think the problem you are experiencing has to do with the earpiece of your phone.All you need to do is to get to a phone store and replace the earpiece so that your phone can work perfectly again.

The usual solution for such a problem is to have your phone's digitizer or touch screen replaced. That is the only solution for your phone's touch screen to work again. Have this done by a cell phone specialist, preferably one who's good with samsung phones.
