you would have to swap out the convergence board itself and you would need to order the part either from a delaer or through a tv repair shop.all you have to give them is the make and model of the tv and they will tell you what you need from there as far as which board etc

I just fixed my D52W20 by replacing three CAPS. Two of them were vented(bulging at the top). I replaced CP150 2200uf 16v with a 2200uf 50V, CP110 220uf 200v and CP114 220uf 35v. It was also recommended to replace CP120 but I did not have one. Check the green CAPS and replace any that are vented.

You can replace the whole convergance board assy Part #239126 or 239126R and it should take care of problem.

you have lost convergence. First thing to check is to see if you are missing the convergence option in the customer setup menu. if you do not have this option then i suggest reading the article in the tips and tricks section entiltled "the fl231 fuse problem" this is a common and sometime easy repair if you do have it then you might need a convergence power board

Go to menu then setup if you do not see convergence in menu then FL231 is bad it is on right side of FBT flyback Transfomer on the deflection board their is 3 of them in a roll small brown rectrangler looking caps but are fuses it will be the one in the Middle if fuse is good try this with set off Press and Hold at same time vol- and ch- see if set will come on this is How to Enter service Mode.
