Hi, the F2 Error code means the oven has detected an excess temperature condition. Most often this is due to a bad temperature sensor - the sensor costs about $75 from an online repair site. The "F3" error code means the oven sensor is open, I suggest you flip breaker off then back, on Re check for error, if OK fine if not turn back off and fix or call for service man...
Your code is 2 parts, F2 is oven temp is too high, and the E0 wants you to test the relay contact operation. In simpler language make sure the connections are tight.
go to repairclinic.com click on repair help, then error codes... scroll to kenmore (it will give you a list by the first 3 digits of model number, who really made the machine.. (kenmore doesn't make anything) then go to appropriate brand and find error codes.
These are the F2/F3 error codes for a Tappan oven
F2
Oven
too hot
Check Bake function, if OK, replace oven temperature sensor
F3
Oven
temperature sensor open
Check
oven temperature sensor, should
be ~1100 ohms at room temperature. If too high or low, replace
oven temperature sensor please take the time to give this solution a fix ya rating.
i think f3 error code has something to do with the temp probe maybe it is the problem. the temp probe is located if you open the door directly in the back wall. it looks like a prong. should read 1100ohms the f2 error code though usually has something to do with the keypad i would check all the connections maybe they are loose.
The Model number is a RBD306PDB6 i found that one as far as the code
F2=
E2 Keypad not connected
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection.
E3 Key held down too 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad.
long, or key is shorted
