On the main menu wen i click on music, photos, videos etc. it always says file sys err how can i fix this??? i put music on my Coby mp610-4gb mp3 but when i try to listen to the music it keeps asking me to refresh i keep pushing yes but it wont work i know the musics on it because its under my explorer now when i try to select something it keeps saying system file error NEED ASSISTANCE IMMEDIATELY
Hope u got this fixed but if not i know where you can go to cobyusa.com and put the model number in product search the click firmware and download to ur desktop. open it up and u will have 24 grey boxes then plug in the mp3 and clik the firmware button right below box 24 one there is a green check in box 1 then its fixed and u can disconnect it and re add ur files
