Color disortion My hitachi hdtv has it's colors disroted and i would really like to know how to fix this problem.

    red color seems to dominate over all other colors. I have tried color management, tint, color, magic focus. It started after moving television from old house to new. I think the projectors are out of alignment. Is there a quick fix?

    Mine just started to be out of focus yesterday. I also tried magic focus but it will only do red and green then shows a number 5. Any clue?

The colors at the to half way down the screen are disorted like you are watching 3-D and I have tried all the color reallignments however the problem does not get fixed, any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

Colors all messed up, looks like 3-D ??   convergence amps and possible a few resistors are bad

Dark Color on TV. Can't adjust the color correctly
Having same problem now for a second time on a 57T500. First time was a bad green bulb that was covered under warranty. Only lasted 2 years....currently debating wether to fix or buy a new set. Bulbs cost about $300. Set is only 5 years old, so very dissapointed with quality.

One or more of the projectors lights( my guess is the green one) are either blown or in the process of going bad. Have them repaired or replqaced by an authorized tech.

Hitachi 51f510 Color problem
for testing, place the green crt board on the red crt and see if the red crt lights up and the green does not. If the green does not light up then check for 200+ volts on the collector or the output transistor. if you have that kind of voltage thee then check for an open resistor. If not then make sure the transistor is not shorted

Hitachi 52 projection tv
use the advanced options page and reset the factor blue and red convergence defaults then do re apply the auto color defaults color at first it seemed very red (which is good because red was the missing factor in the green picture) but after reseting all the color and tints to the normal ranges I then reset the color auto correct again and all seems fine.
