What you want to do will not be possible for a common ordinary MB. You will need to get one that is made for "Gaming". That one has a variable control, usually Alt+F2, which will enable you to make changes to the BIOS software. Be VERY CAREFUL of the interdependency of the BIOS software and some of the MB touchy parameters... You can cause unrepairable damage to the BIOS CHIP, the Motherboard or both. If that is what you wish to do, buy yourself a "Gaming" Motheboard...

Scanning bios image hard drive

Your question is not clear.

images are only used in a bios as an upgrade.

A harddisk has nothing to with bios or images.

No Image after scanning using canon 8000f Windows XP. Can a nearly full hard disk cause this?

I have many years experience repairing Canon scanners so here is my suggestion to you.

Yes a full hard drive can stop the image from being saved to the hard drive but the scanner should still scan the image but not be able to save it to your drive. When you say nearly full hard drive you need some room to save images so if you can try and make some room for these images. Try scanning in preview first that should show you your image without saving it.

I hope this helps you out.

Scanning BIOS Image in Hard Drive

Your BIOS to your GA-8I848P-G Motherboard would be flashable to the BIOS chip on the Board it's self. Make sure you read Gigabytes BIOS flash instructions. If the board is up and running Windows, then Gigabyte has there LIVE BIOS update you can run from there website!

Good luck..

My computer when i boot a message appered scanning bios image in hard drive..... bios auto-recovering and the computer restart... how to repair this error??

The bios is stored in the CMOS chip on motherboard not on the hard driver, the error message probably means it it scanning to find a hard drive to boot to. You should go into your BIOS and reset to factory defaults and see if this makes a diffrence. you may also have a failed hard drive which may need to be replaced.
