Getting outside coded remote to work with the in car remotes

I cannot get my coded remote and my other remotes to work all at the same time. I can get the coded outside mount to work but it knocks out the in car remotes and visa versa. I reprogram the one and it knocks the other out. All of the car remotes will work or the coded outside one will work. Not all at the same time.

How do get my remote starter to work

The remote battery could probably be getting weak. It is a GM vehicle and outside conditions can sometimes keep it from starting..If there is a emissions problem it will disable the auto start feature so that an unattended engine does not run if it is not properly burning fuel.

Code Remote and other remotes do not all work at the same time.

Either your keypad has reverted to an earlier technology and will no longer work properly with your opener or you have the wrong keypad. Either way take the model number off the main unit and get the correct keypad.

My car was stolen along with my garage opener remote

On the back of your opener motor unit is a small "learn" pushbutton. When you press it, an indicator light nearby comes on. Keep the button pressed until the light goes out (5 to 10 seconds) and all codes previously set will be erased. To reprogram the unit for the remotes you still have, press the "learn" button again but don't hold it down. While the indicator is lit, press the button on the remote to store its code. Repeat the process for each remote. If you also have an outside keypad the process is the same, just enter the new 4-digit code.

CL035A

Although the sticker inside the battery compartment reads "CL035A," the model is actually US2-PH63S on the Philips website. There is nothing printed on the outside of the remote other than "Philips UNIVERSAL." On the original packaging, you may only see "PH63S," which will frustrate any attempts to navigate the Philips website for the corresponding codes or support documents. Note to Philips: please include the model number on the outside of your remotes, and verify that it corresponds to the help documentation on your corporate website.
Use the online code lookup tool at http://www.urc.philips.com/find_baseCode.asp?setupDocId=533&efsetupDocId=-1&asDocId=533&readDocId=-1. In most cases, you will have several codes to try. You will need to try programming them one at a time in order to determine which one works best.
In order to program the remote, press the Code Search button until the LED lights solid red. Then press the button corresponding to the device type (TV, DVD, etc.). Input the four digit code for your device. The red light will turn off when a valid code is entered. (If the light remains on, you have mistyped the code and you need to start over.) Test to see if the channel or other buttons work for the device.
Write down the codes and tape them to your remote because they will need to be programmed every time the batteries are changed or someone accidentally presses the Code Search button!

Volume controls dont work when using remote

I would start by trying other codes on the universal remote. Sometimes codes will only work part of the remote such as the numbers or channels but not volume. Your motorola cable remote sounds like it may only need a good cleaning. sometimes when you take remotes apart it will look like somthing got spilt in it. I would start there first.
