Fm stereo stopped working; no stereo beacon, no sound

I have the attena for my black web 1000 system but can't get static out of radio station like hot 107 and some other stations no matter how high I hold the attena left right low still can't get it to sound a little clearer crazy

My FM band stopped working. AM and casset still worked. Found parts car, replaced radio, all is good. The FM display still worked-no sound.

Hello. Sorry for your troubles. truth is this bad boy is not worth fixing. The new ones are inexpensive, better, lighter, smaller, under warranty. better sound. digital. need i say more. Joe

try takeing back out and see if the conection on the back has come off if not have a look at the conection its self

Are you attaching it via usb on the deck or aux? Because if it is via usb the touch is probably not supported.

check the wiring loom & pins in the plug.

Get to the set-up menu by pressing the source button until just the clock is displayed, no music just the clock. Now press and hold the "func" button until "Menu" appears. Now scroll thru the various items using the up & down or the side to side buttons. I believe you will find the item for US or Europe or like Alpine reads Area 1 for US and Area 2 for the rest. It would be easier to buy a new stereo with an aux output

Make sure your audio outputs are turned on.Also try a connection from the tv straight to the stereo to see if you have sound !! If so then the problem is somewhere in between!! Check the settings for audio on these devices as well !! Good Luck !!1 Swampratt200 AAAAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
