I can connect to www.gpsheroes.biz off of my home computer and my cell phone but the office computer comes up with SERVER NOT FOUND so I suspect it has something to do with the poweredge t300 server settings we have. So my question what can I do to fix this issue?
Your corporate Firewall is denying access. I don't know what this site is or does, but you can put in a request to allow access with your IT guy or use it at home.
Testimonial: "Unfortunately our IT guy did not do a very good job and we have yet to hire a new one is there any way I could do the work? Or is it not that simple?"
Unfortunately our IT guy did not do a very good job and we have yet to hire a new one is there any way I could do the work? Or is it not that simple? It is rather important as the site maintains the GPS tracking on our fleet.
Probably, if you know how to work the firewall. I don't. How does dleet GPS play int othis? Does the site you can't get to track the fleet?

Just go into the bios and insert the correct parameters. you shut it off before it could save the settings. Or hit fi on boot and it should take you into the bios and you cand sort it out in there. If you want an easy way, just do a system restore. Start,Programs, accesorys, system tools, system restore, just go back a day or two before you had that issue, and you should be good to go, good luck

Yes the site tracks our fleet its a gps site and if we can not connect to the site we can not keep track of our trucks and with over 100 on the road that can be an issue.
