if you mean operating system for pc that cant be downloaded unless its a bootleg you would have to purches it at local computer store but you can download any driver you need for free just go to the web site of your device manufacture & they make it available for download but if its your usb your having prob.... with you would need to run a driver recovery disk & that of course would come with your operating system disk but you should post more info bout your system like os, make model ect.....but depending how old your pc is most normally have a driver recovery option backed up on there hard drive
