Drive belt keep falling off

One of two things is wrong with your truck. Either the hydraulic clutch has a worn component that needs to be replaced or the clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced. If this failure only occurs while towing. I suspect the clutch is slipping, heat from the pressure plate is heating the fluid inside the hydraulic clutch and causing it to drop to the floor. Some diagnostics is needed to confirm.

Your belt was probably not placed over the tension pulley. Follow the pedal you push to make tractor go forward. Look under the tractor where the belt was installed. If space is tight just lower your deck. The linkage from the pedal will go to the tension pulley. If the belt has been placed on one side of the pulley, and machine is not working then move the belt to the other side of the pulley. Replace any bars that are used to keep belt from falling off. the pedal base, has a base pin, seen here.
and a spring,
you most remove the whole assembly (making clutch fail )
cable falls off in tunnel.
then pull the pin, and put in new pedal.
the steps for the clutch are complex.

check the spring on the tenson arm

You have a leak and will need to replace the clutch master and slave cylinders.

I would check to see if the cooling fans are coming on. The fans could be bad or you may have a blown fan fuse or fan relay.

If the fans are electric, then replace the fan control module.
If the fan is belt driven, replace the fan clutch.

There is a chance that the thermostat is failing, but if the temperature fluctyation occurs during driving, as opposed to stopped and idling, then it's probably the fans.

spin all the pulleys by hand with belt off, make sure none are seized.

You need to inspect the pullies holding the belt, and the bearings that run the pullies. If they are bad they will jump the belt.
