Display will not light

I pulled this MP3 player out of storage after a few months and now it isn't working properly, It powers on, and will play, but I am unable to read the display. If I am in a dark room, I can barely see the menu, but It is not the brightness it should be. Any suggestions would be Great.

Im pretty sure when it was put away in storage for a few months it probably got dust in it that might have caused the lighting to not work.... i couldnt see why no one could help you in the place where you got from... they could probably take a look at it!!

T.sonic MP3 Player 610 - iT ISN GOING OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF

You have probably turned on the sleep timer. This function sets a time delay to automatically power OFF regardless of playback status. In the SETTINGS menu, use <<and>> to select “Sleep Timer” then press Z and then press the play/pause button. Then use the + or - keys to highlight disable and then press the play pause button again. Let me know if it worked.

I have Sanso m250 2.0gb mobel. Logo screen is appearing when i power on after that i am unable to play the mp3 songs or play FM Radio etc..

Try doing a hard reset on a Sansa m250:
  1. Turn off the Sansa. Just pull the battery out for a second.
  2. Plug the Sansa into a computer4.gif, and open "My Documents" in the computer.
  3. Open the Sansa file as if it were a drive, then go to the "MUSIC4.gif Specific storage" file.
  4. Right click the "MUSIC Specific storage" file, and press "Format."
This should hard reset the Sansa m250. I do not know if this will work on other Sansa m200 type .mp3 players. You can start over with your playlists. This has worked for me.

Mp3 player won't play

your ILO has somehow lost its file structure. look for a tiny pinhole to reset the device. if none, then remove batteries to attempt reset. if still no songs, then firmware upgrade if possible or copy file structure (using windows) from a friend's ILO.

I hate blue

goes off because the backlight is on a timer. after 20 seconds or so it turns off if no buttons are pushed. if the player will still play music but nothing shows on the screen, then the display is shot. The screen is not replaceable on these players. sorry, but it's most likely junk now. You could use it as a data storage device still. Best bet is to buy a used player off ebay or amazon.
