CPLEF398DCE The oven doesn't work but everything the timer show to work pretty good.
Nancy,
I understand that you are having trouble with your oven, model# CPLEF398DCE, not working/heating, even though the display screen is showing everything to be working fine. I suggest you give your appliance a hard reset. You will do this by switching the circuit breaker off, that the oven is on, for 3-5 minutes. Once the 3-5 minutes has passed, switch the circuit breaker back on. The first thing you will need to do, is to set the time. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing start. Turn the oven on. If you are still having trouble with the oven not working/heating, I suggest you contact your local authorized technician to come and diagnose the oven, to see why it will not work correctly.
-Best Regards-

SOURCE: Hello, We have a bosch
Bottom element has failed. Probably 2 screws at rear to remove & replace. Disconnect fast-ons from rear - extract element - replace. best to get electrician to do this - simple job & element should be inexensive. - Rick

You will need to replace the oven temperature switch. I did not find any parts available for that unit to direct you to. Do you have anymore information on it?
