Washer will not spin it start to but barley moves

It's the transmission that's bad. The motor turns one direction to spin and the opposite direction to agitate. The transmission converts the constant belt speed from the motor into the back and forth motion. In the other direction, the transmission stops and the whole system spins.
(I don't suspect you have it set to "delicates")

could be tranny if noisy. may be worn dawgs (gear cogs) found inside the agitator. Remove cap and they'll lift out Order by model number

Bad timer. Try to find a used one if possible, this item is a little expensive.

Fan bearings will eventually burn up. There is not way to lubricate them that I've found and as the dirt gets inside they just wear out. As they get more and more reistance to turning they will heat up the small motor inside until they'll most likely burn up and quit working altogether. Afraid you're going to have to purchase a new fan.

Try high speed only (cycles like cottons, heavy duty, etc. This happens when the low speed on the motor is not working. If high speed is working for you, the olny way to make the lower speeds work is to replace the motor.
Your part number is WH20X10019 and it's expensive...
