Hi, All.
I ordered a new power supply module on ebay. Cost about 106.00 delivered. Came in a few days. I replaced the unit, bunch of screws, all wires were cable plugins, no problems at all.
After reassembly, it worked. What can I say? Sometimes ya just get lucky.

Hello! If I understand you correctly, you have no audio at all; Both on radio and dvd player but video functions normally? Check fuse #14 (20A) located in the Integrated Power Module...It is located in the engine compartment...

Two ways to remove a stuck DVD are as follows, Open the vehicle's hood to locate the fuse box. Consult your owner's manual for help in finding which fuse controls the vehicle's stereo system. Remove the fuse from the box, and keep it out for about 10 minutes. Replace the fuse. The multi-disc changer will eject the stuck DVD upon reset. Straighten out a paper clip to create one long, thin piece of metal. Locate the small force-eject hole near the multi-disc changer slot. Push the end of the straightened paper clip into the force-eject hole. The disc changer tray will pop out, allowing you to remove the stuck DVD.
Force Eject
The reset described will also reset the system if it a resettable failure. If there was no disc in the player and it still won't function, then the unit may be bad and may need replaced. try the resets I described first and get back with me and we can go from there.
Thanks

I apologize. ..it is not the headrest...it is the factory system with the flip down screen located in the middle behind the sunroof.
