Forget new guide wheels. A new rear derailer is the real fix. You will need to order a new one by the number of gears on the rear gear cluster. How the derailer is mounted, Which way it moves when by the spring direction etc... By the way, get a higher quality one than the one you have got. If you go megawheel on the lower guide wheel; which I recommend, you might need a couple more segments in your chain. Yes, you need a new chain. If you wore out a part on you derailer, your chain is getting old. I recently bought a new rear derailure for my wife's bike for 29 bucks at a much better quality than the old one. It does not have problems of getting between gears, clicking etc... like the old one did new.

There is a good tutorial with photos here, How to Adjust Rear Bicycle Derailleur
most bikes are pretty similar, and there are a few vids on youtube you can search out. It's much easier to look at the tutorial than describe here, after all they've already done all the hard work!

I have a 12" Schwinn roadster tricycle that I need

As far as I know, you can only get them from the manufacturers. I did get a set for my bike...but I worked at a bicycle shop and knew the salesman. He knew that it was the bike it was. They don't want people putting their decals on a different model or brand...It's called...forgery

I have (2003-2005 ?) year model Schwinn Sierra GSX 26" mountain bike. I need a diagram that shows how to route the chain. I had to remove the back tire. Now I can't get the chain to line-up on...

Basically, shift the rear derailleur to the highest (smallest) gear before removing/installing the wheel.

Google "how to replace rear wheel on a bike" for video advice.

My daughter has a Schwinn Sidewinder 26" mountain bike. The chain keeps jumping from the rear sprockets to a smaller sprocket under power. I have noticed that the rear sprocket set "wobbles"...

It's loose on the hub. Special tools are required to tighten them. Bike Shops have them and will possibly perform the repair for less than the cost of the tools.

Then check the shifting...

Word to the wise: don't buy bicycles from anywhere but a professional bicycle shop. Box stores don't usually have the skills for proper assembly, setup or follow-up.

I need a derailleur hanger for a Schwinn S-25 dual suspension mountain bike. I don't have the hanger. Is there a part or model number for the hanger so that I can order a new one?

Most bike shops can match up the broken pieces. If that doesn't help check this link to see if you see one that looks like yours.

In case you are not aware Schwinn folded in 1999, The name is now being used by Pacific Cycles. If all else fails you might be able to order one from them. Good luck.
