Need help with singer sewing machine

I just bought a second hand singer featherweight sewing machine and on the back it says it's model 100. i cant find any reference to this machine on the web and i really need an instruction manual!! it's white with a pink panel on the front not sure on age. any help would be most welcome!!

I cannot find the sewing machine light on singer featherweight model 100
I believe I just answered this question; download the user's manual at the Singer site, and on page 28 (I believe) it shows you where it is and how to replace it. Apparently, you can use any sewing machine bulb, but not over 15 watts.

You can download one for $10.00 at www.sewingmanuals.com and pay with paypal. Or you can buy a hard copy from Singer at 1-800-4singer for $15 plus shipping. The download is nice because you can save it to your computer or make a cd. Plus you can enlarge the diagrams for easy viewing.
