Kohler flush problems

If it has a power flush (i.e hole about 1" in size opposite side of flushing direction) that hole gets plugged by minerals from the hard water, when it does the flush will be much weaker. To clean it, use a bent coat hanger and ream out the deposits as far in as you can reach. Then turn off the water supply, flush the toilet, then quickly pour one pail full of water into the toilet to drop the water level to minimum. Get "Lime Away" at H/Depot, pour in 1 cup and let sit overnight to eat the remaining hard water deposits from the bowl and power flush. In morning turn on water flush a few times, should wok good as new. Repeat anytime hole starts to get plugged.

Geberit how to adjust flush

You can probably only adjust the amount of water to be used in the flush. Adjust the water intake valve so that more water comes into the tank by raising the float mechanism. New, water-saving devices may not be adjustable. You'll just have to flush twice--negating any saving of water, right?

When I flush the tank only half empties and not enough flushing action is the result as well as the bowl does not adequately fill after the flush.

Hi, if you remove the cistern lid and flush the toilet, look at the float (back left) to see if this is rising freely when the water fills back up. Once the water has stopped filling, check the fill level lines on the large syphon in the middle of cistern. Your model of toilet has an eco flush which will be lowest line to save water, so not as much water will flush out. There is a long plastic screw on the float (back left) which you can turn to adjust the water level to the higher line on syphon (1.6 gallon flush) and turn it slowley till the water level reaches that mark. flush a couple of times to see it is filling back up to the set amount.

Aquia II Dual Flush Toilet: toilet after flush removes to much water from bowl...

Adjust the float on the Fluid-master a little higher if possible. This should allow more water to enter the bowl after the flush.

When I flush toilet wht water swirls and flushes,

check the water level in the tank, if you do not have enough water it will give problems flushing. if the level is low there are two different adjustments you can make on the float and valve to get the required water level to get an efficent flush.
