Starts and runs for 5 seconds then stops - Husqvarna 28cc Hand Held Blower HVH 125B

I got the same problem and I tried to take off the belt let see the motor still running by itself but it still run for couple second then stop.

can you give me some explanation on what you did to replace the spring?. did you have to take the washer apart?. check the wire. maybe you forgot or did not plug all the way a connector. or came apart. my impression is that something came loose and the computer is not detecting a connection.

Did you ever find out what was the problem? Mine does the exact same thing.

Major problems here. Sounds like a circuit board thing. If the machine is on the old side , ditch it and start new.

If your bike starts even for 5 seconds you should investigate your fuel delivery system.Check fuel pump,filter,try spray carb cleaners like Gum Out.Most importantly make sure your choke is working.You got your ignition (spark) it is most likely fuel related.Good Luck.

check the fuel filter it sounds like it's pluged and causing too much back presure this is causing an over load in the fuel pump causing it to stop working or to presure lock

remove the memory then make a clean or replace a new memory

hade same problem upper door switch by past it microwave works

-If both compressor and fan motor starts and stop, thermostat is the defect.
- If only the compressor check for your outlet no sign of discoloration, check the voltage if normal, check the defective overload protector of the compressor it its external, or compressor itself is defective
