- Go to KODAK EASYSHARE Software Support.
- In the box under Find Answers, type the complete error code (without spaces), then click Search. An example is 12x413x1304x
If you don't find information for your specific error, follow the instructions below:
If the error occurred when you were installing or upgrading EASYSHARE Software:
- Uninstall your current version of EASYSHARE Software:
- Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
- Click KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- Select Remove.
- Follow the instructions to remove the software.
- Go to the Clear Utility for KODAK EASYSHARE Software at www.kodak.com/go/clear, then follow the instructions to run the utility.
- After restarting your computer, go to KODAK EASYSHARE Software at www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw, and install the latest version of software, free of charge.
If the error occurred when you were trying to use a feature of EASYSHARE Software:
- Run the Repair utility:
- Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
- Click KODAK EASYSHARE Software.
- Click Change.
- Click Next.
- Select Repair, then follow the instructions.
- Try the feature again.
