Disconnect power cord, let it set 30 sec, reinstall cord. If problem still there pull out the printheads and reinstall, may have to do this a few times, if problem still there may need printheads.

this error code is for printer scanner. run clear utility from www.kodak.com/go/clear
and reinstall kodak software from
www.kodak.com/go/downloads.

Note-  Do not connect your printer while installing the software untill installation wizard say to do so.

error code 3501 means the front access door is open on the printer. Error code 3502 means the paper tray is empty. The error code 3602 means the print job did not finish printing.

ok i guess i need more information regarding the error code you are recieveing .... exactly what are you trying to do that prompts this error code to pop up ?

Go to the Kodak.com website and follow their prompts to reach Customer Support for the AiO Printer(s).
Had similar issues with mine and they resolved my problem overnite by sending me a replacement part.

That's an error with the ink. Try updating the firmware on the printer. Here is the link to the latest firmware from the Kodak website.
