Satellite c55-a5308 laptop has Bluetooth in it. how do I enable bluetooth
Search for switch or button to activate wireless on your device. Have you verified that the Bluetooth radio is turned on? If the radio is off, then nothing may show in Device Manager. Look under Network Cards - unless your BT radio exposes a PAN (personal area network), you won't find anything there. You need to look under the "Bluetooth Radios" section.

Make sure You have a Bluetooth device on your laptop[of course that is necessary].Now i recommend you to use WIDCOM bluetooth software. It is theeee best for bluetooth device handling.
Also make sure that the bluetooth device on your samsung blackjack is working. That can be done by asking your friend having a bluetooth enable phone to search for your mobile via bluetooth,be sure you turn on your bluetooth device on your mobile and make it visible to others.
Make sure after intalling the software (WIDCOM) the drivers are successfully intalled. Then pair it with your mobile. So simple isn't it

SOURCE: how to enable my bluetooth on my toshiba laptop
Most of the time when you go to Start - All Programs - Toshiba you will see Bluetooth. This will be there if you have the driver installed. Also, make sure that the Bluetooth logo is on the bottom of the laptop to make sure that your model was built with the Bluetooth chip in it. Sometimes you can also find the bluetooth icon on your taskbar and by right clicking on it you will bring up the "enable" option. You may also want to go into your control panel and see if the icon is in there. The shortcut to get to the control panel is "Start" key then press the "c" key. Hope this helps.
