Cant get past error even tryed to repair windows or how can i install reinstall

If you have an old copy of windows 98 or 95,I have in the past installed one of these and it repaired the disk while installing,then installed windows 7,you could also try a low levell format but would need an external enclosure or a live disk to run from or go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors and do a checkdisk scan(do this at night may take all night and sometimes never finishes)the last one wont require reinstalling windows.

You can add hard drive if your system doesnt have enough space for the new programs. If the new programs installs well but is running slow or not starting, then you will have to upgrade your RAM and for better performance, fix one graphics card suitable for *********** board. If you can spend more, Upgrade *********** board and processor.

Remove all disc from the cd drives, it should kick over to the hdd then. If not it is not seen the ide drive for some reason. maybe drive0 is dead, lose cable inside?

You will need your Windows CD to repair this error. Boot from your Windows CD and select "repair" from your installation options.

This is called "The Blue Screen of Death". Essentially you have to format the drive in most cases, and reinstall the Operating System. This occurs when there is a major conflict with a driver and Windows protects itself by not loading. You can try using your recovery disk if you have one. The other thing you can try is loading a new copy of windows in a diffrent directory like "XP2". The laptop will ask you which version of Windows you want to load and chose the second entry for XP. This is only if you need to get at your files to back-up. You will still need to format and install Windows again as this method is sloppy.

This error indicates a problem with Messenger on your machine, not a problem with the service.
You may be able to quickly solve the problem by installing the following components simply by downloading the MSI files linked following and just running them to install:

> http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/w3qfe/contacts.asp
After these are installed, try Messenger again.

if you have a blue screen on the start up you will need to use the windows cd to fix the installation. do a repair install, don't go into repair console when asked simply continue the setup and when it finds your windows installed select to repair the installation.

Hello Chrispa22, Rest assured, it isn't a fried motherboard. If it had been you woun't see anything on the screen. It's as simple as this. Your problem is related with the windows instalation you currently have. Try to boot the windows in safemode to see if the problem still manifests. If you have 2 partitions on the hard disk move all important data to the one not containing the windows files. The cleanest way to fix this would be to reinstall windows. Format the C: partition to make yourself a clean install. After the install everything should be fine. If you need more assistance please reply back or contact me on the live assistance.
