  1. Tap the F4 Key at the Samsung logo when you first power on the computer. This method would be used if the computer powers on, but Windows does not load.
  2. Click Agree to accept the Licensing Agreement. Samsung Recovery Solution 4 loads. If you close the Licensing Agreement dialog Samsung Recovery Solution 4 will close without making any changes.

Restore factory setting

John,

Dell Factory Image Restore The Dell Factory Image Restore tool replaces PC Restore. Access it from the F8 boot menu while booting up.

Once you have all the options on the screen, choose repair your computer and follow the prompts to restore.

CAUTION:
This utility formats the operating system hard drive partition prior to restoring the factory image. This means data on that partition is deleted and cannot be recovered.
If the customer creates a secnd partition with a third-party utility, Dell Factory Image Restore is not affected as long as the image partition is not removed.

Thank You,
Dell-Jesse L

Hi,
I see, Follow the details below to be able to do a Factory Restore on your Acer.
  • Click on Start
  • Select and Click Programs
  • Look for Acer Recovery Management and click on it
  • There will be a dialog Box on the Bottom click "Restore"
  • Then click on Restore System to Factory Defaults
  • Then Click YES if you are sure to restore the system and that you have already backed up any personal or important documents
