Did you create a folder on your computer that you want to save the picture? if no, create a folder, after creating the, open the folder, now go back to copy the picture, and paste in the folder you created for the picture, the picture should display.
Did your phone come with a USB cable? if so, even try uploading them without a CD because your computer can
recognize it as a new device without any installation CD.
Another way is, do you have free text? If you do then you can send
you pictures to your e-mail address, once you receive it in your e-mail,
you can right click on the picture and hit “save as” and save it onto
your computer. You can also do it if you don’t have free text but it’ll
probably cost you depending on service charge and how many pictures you
have to send..
I have the exact same problem as yours for the last couple days, and FINALLY IT IS CHARGED last night using the USB data connection cable. I don't know the exact problem with other chargers, including car and regular outlet chargers, but it works with the USB connection from a computer. GOOD LUCK!!!
I can get pictures off of the original phone. but not messages. I know how to transfer photos to the new phone, but you have to text message them to yourself. obviously, unless you have unlimited pix and data, this will cost you alot on your next bill.
to transfer pictures off of the original phone: purchase Datapilot install it hook your phone to your computer with a USB cable (doesn't have to be a susteen, datapilot, or verizon cable, this can be any cable. transfer your photos.
COULD BE THE PHONE BUT MOST LIKELY ITS THE CHARGER, IF ITS AFTERMARKET GET RID OF IT AND BUY OEM, TRY AND TEST IT OUT WOULD A FREINDS MOTOROLA CHARGER SINCE THEY'RE MOSTLY THE SAME CHARGERS AND SEE IF YOU STILL GET THE MESSAGE.
