Hi ive got a Nokia 5310 ( xpress music ) and all of a sudden i dont get light form the LCD.... also my phone keeps restarting every 5 seconds ...pls help i have the same problem, my phone keeps restarting and i take out the sim card, it works fine i think it is because i'm trying to get a picture message but i can't get it what should i do to cancel the picture message?
May be your cell have virus or your phone operating system is corrupt.
Simply format your memory card and cell and problem still continues than go to nokia care they will reinstall your phone operating system.

If the screen on your 5310 is dead or the backlight is notworking, you can buy a replacement 5310 LCD and replace it yourself.

Hey, try taking off your cell battery, then your sim card. I have T-mobile nokia xpress v3.7
so i took out the battery cell off
then simcard
remove any meomry cards
then put the battery back on, only the battery
turn it back on
if your sending any messages, pictures or anything, erase them uhh i did this cuz it might hve blocked the signal...
but yea, put the sim card back on
