My inputs change screen sizes and some dont work

You have to go in input on your remote and change size

In order for you to change the screen size on your Westington TV you have to press on Format on your remote (it is the button between the volume and the channel, right under the input button). As you press on it, it will change the display. From

• Standard: Picture is displayed in its original size.
• Fill: Picture is displayed to cover the entire screen.
• Overscan: Picture is scaled down to fit the display area.
• 1:1 Mode: Matches the incoming resolution exactly to the pixels without any scaling.

And now everything should be good!

Using The Remote Control Your remote control will have a button on it to quickly adjust the picture size.

1. Press the P.SIZE button.

1. The current picture size will be displayed on the screen.

1. Press the P.SIZE button repeatedly until the desired picture size is selected.
Important: Some picture sizes are only available with certain resolutions or certain inputs.

Using The On-Screen Menu

1. Press the MENU button. [The Main Menu appears]

1. The Picture portion of the Main Menu will be selected by default, if it is not selected use the directional arrows to select the Picture portion.

1. Use the directional arrows to select Screen Adjustments, and then press ENTER.

1. Picture Size will be selected by default if not use the directional arrows to select Picture Size, and then press ENTER.
Note: The current picture size selection will be displayed to the right.

1. Use the directional arrows to select the desired picture size, and then press ENTER.

Look for a rest button on it. it could be real small like a needle size. If that dont work try to open it up and see if you can remove the internal battery. Also you have to disconect the main power to. if that dont work the battery could be almost dead, get a new one. And if that dont work the screen my be dad.

If you are feeding video from your pc to your TV from the pc video card, then no audio will go to the tv unless that is connected also from your pc audio output.
HDMI (Multimedia Interface) means it connect both mediums: i.e.audio and video.

The wide button on your remote adjusts the picture size. Each time you press it you adjust the picture. If repeatedly pressing the wide button is not changing the picture size check you cable/satellite remote control. Look for the hdzoom# button. There may also be an aspect or format button. When you adjust this the picture size changes and between the Sony remote and the cable/satellite remote you should be able to come to a happy medium. If the picture size still isn't changing you might not be set to the correct resolution i.e. 1080i on your cable/satellite box. It might be set too low or you might be in the wrong input (av 1 av 2 hdmi 1 hdmi 2) etc.

PC signals • Auto - The screen is displayed in accordance with the screen aspect ratio of the input signals.• Wide - A full screen is displayed regardless of the screen aspect ratio of the input signals. Note • Signals not available in the standard mode table are not supported.• If the wide screen which is the optimal resolution for the monitor is set on your PC, this function is not performed. AV signals • 4 : 3 - Sets the picture to 4:3 normal mode. • 16 : 9- Sets the picture to 16:9 wide mode. • Screen Fit- Use the function to see the full image without any cutoff when DVI (480p/576p/720p/1080i/1080p) signals are input. Note It can only be selected if an external input is connected to the DVI terminal and the 'PC/AV Mode' is set to 'AV'. • 4 : 3 - Sets the picture to 4:3 normal mode. • Wide-Sets the picture to 16:10 wide mode. • Screen Fit- Use the function to see the full image without any cutoff when DVI (480p/576p/720p/1080i/1080p) signals are input. Note • It can only be selected if an external input is connected to the DVI terminal and the 'PC/AV Mode' is set to 'AV'. • When the panel is of 16:10,the screen size options include “4:3”,”wide “,”Screen fit“.hope this helps

Please specify the models.Also the Minolta copiers paper tray change:Press utility key-User choice-paper set or
Utility-Meter count-Stop-0-Stop-0-0-1 Paper size input :set the paper size used in each paper source.Touch the key of paper sorce for wich the paper size setting is to be changed to show the paper size input screen.Touch the desired paper size keys.Touch END to validate the paper size setting.
Please look the mechanical setting in the trays.If so need,change.

couple of ideas ... on the TV look for the button named input you can change it to the one you cave connected to there .. I am looking up the remote press the TV button then the menu button to move through the on screen input control

What is picture like if you change screen size to 4-3  is this picture size ok & fault only shows in the wide screen formats.
