Each Gmail account ought to have its own password. Often, people let their software "memorize" the password, but after some time tend to forget what it was.

You don't need to setup a new account just sign in with the old details

Hi if you already have facebook account.go to facebook homepage then enter your user name or email and your password.If haven't signed up yet go to facebook homepage and click the link that says SIGN UP and key in needed information.But it requires an email address make sure you already have a yahoo or gmail account before creating your facebook account..

this seems to be an error with the charging system of the scanner. As you stated the error occurs also with other battery. Just check if the scanner is in warranty and send it for repair.
It could work also with this error, but the charging will not work correctly. As the temperature error is safety measure which stops the charging until the status get changed.
