Hi, On your Audiovox ACC56 10-Disc CD Changer with a Prestige P-165/P-185 FM Modulator, the wires: black - goes to the body (-) ground (as you correctly posted); Green/white - (with a small filter box) goes to the constant/always on 12V supply such as the + terminal of your battery Orange/White - should be connected to a switched power source such as the accessory terminal of your ignition switch or to the blue or yellow wire of your head unit or car stereo or whatever wire that will have 12V+ only when the head unit or car stereo is switched on. Unofrtunately there is no way to program this changer without the remote, as their buttons allow only selecting tracks between discs when they are being played.

White/Black: Front Left Ground (-)
Grey: Front Right Positive (+)
Grey/Black: Front Right Ground (-)
