The fuses are color coded and will have the amperage rating printed on them. Unless all the fuses have been removed than there should be no need to replace the fuses unless they are blown. Just take out your fuse box and see the fuse diagram there. If it was removed, just check one by one your fuses by visual check. You should found the blown fuse is disconnected ( melting) inside the body. None of instrument you need to use but visual check only. Then replace the blown one.
