Wr100m replacement band

A lot of watch manufacturers use the American style date layout of Month/Day/Year. Try this. Looking at the watch press and hold the bottom right SIDE button for 3 seconds. It should enter setting mode where the seconds display will flash. Press the Right FACE button once. It should switch to the Hour display flashing. Press the same button again to go to minutes and them again to go to the date display.
Repeated pressing of the top Right SIDE button changes the numbers upwards, (1,2,3,4), and the Left FACE button changes the numbers downwards, (4,3,2,1). Press the Bottom right SIDE button once to finish and go back to the normal display.

read the watches manual and set it.

wr100m is not a model number, but stands for 'Water Resistant (to a depth of) 100 meters'.
The model and module number (4-digit number in a small rectangle) are on the back of the watch case.

TURNING OFF A TIMEX IRONMAN (the wr100m is the one I made this work on) ALARM: hold "set" to set each alarm to "on," not "hide." exit. flip through the modes until each alarm shows. don't hit "set," hit "start" or "stop." it should then switch from showing as daily or whatever to showing as OFF! good luck. so, UNHIDE, SHOW ALARM, DON'T SET, STOP -> OFF.

You can go to alot of watch shops that sell generic bands for that watch, but if you want the original call: 1-800-448-4639 for Timex Customer Service. If then you need it put on look up your nearsest watch repair shop , they should have no problem putting it on.
