Audio technica at 120 cartridge will fit my project essential?

Having looked at the turntable it seems to mount the cartridge with two bolt like fittings. The Cartridge you want has two mounts on the side that will take those bolts.
You will have to adjust the arm to compensate for the weight differences between the two cartridges, but once done it should play fine.

I bought a Stanton T.52 turntable, but I need a belt. I've done some searches but can't seem to find anything. Where can I buy a belt?

Stanton is a hell when it comes to parts, just via a dealer is the best solution. But have you first tried to get the grease and dirt of this belt? and offcourse the poulies (round metal or plastic it spins on)degreasen. Do you use a clampweight or so..? Kind of waste of money and don't forget that the motor in this pricerange ain't a strong one is, which spins at a perfect 33, the st.150 is also cheap built and if you go for the music quality i recommened pro-ject or rega. Those have nice beginner hifi tables with a way better arm for 400 euro's new and pro-ject has the option to upgrade it , by give them the arm you use and buy the more expensive/better one for way less. And those sound way better then a stanton. The needledoctor.com sells a lot gear http://www.needledoctor.com/Pro-Ject-Debut-Carbon-in-Light-Grey?sc=2&category=352. but this table comes included 2mred , which i also have, but your records needs to be real clean, so i use them seldom:). And i have checked the side where i sometimes buy vestax gear, but yours wasn't between them. Just go to a dealer and they get one for you or check ebay.
But first try to clean it well, a little oil on it and your grip is gone.

Goodluck, greetings richard

How to fix a wobbly turntable stanton T.50

Check if the platter is oke and aint stock, and otherwise is you spindle bearing defect.... A platter ain't goes from flat to wobble all of a sudden. And try to get the stuf second hand, or better, buy a better unit, not from stanton, but a refurbished 1200mk from technics is ok, if you sprin records. If you only listen, take a loke at the rega and pro-ject sites.....

I have a pro-ject 1.2 turntable . i can feel the motor is running but the it does not turn the belt . the pully that is attached to the motor will not turn the belt . the subplatter turns freely when i...

First I assume you have replaced the belt and it didn't work! If not do so!! Next with the motor running, belt on etc, see if you can turn the turntable with your hand. If you can't, then the motor is working fine and the mechanism is jammed up. If you can the motor is faulty or not getting enough power. A check with a volt meter will tell you that.

The phono lead on the Technics is quite straight forward to replace. It does involve removing the deck base and arm base cover and then a bit of soldering but it's pretty easy.

Look here for a new cord :- http://stores.ebay.co.uk/methleykev
