Explorer open wrong page - Linksys WRT54G2 Wireless Router

IN order to make google.com your home page with windows (I will assume XP)
open internet explorer or firefox , or google chrome,click on tools
internet options and then in the address bar section HOME PAGE enter www.google.com apple and ok. hit the red X to exit your browser.... then open it again and it should give you google.com

I think you're trying to say "Internet Explorer Cannot open the Web Page" ?? If so, it means the site is down, you typed in the wrong URL or your internet connection is bad.

try deleting IE's history (completely)
try resetting it's settings (advanced settings too) in the Advanced tab of Internet Options
try resetting all zones to default:
Tools - Internet Options - Security, Privacy.

1. You need to change your Home Page. Decide what you want for a home page, e.x. google.com, msn.com, bing.com, pcrepairshop.org, etc.
2. Open up your Start Menu, followed by opening your Control Panel.
3. Find the Internet Option Control Panel and open it.

5. Click Apply and OK. Open a new instance of Internet Explorer to see your Home Page.

If your router is connected to your computer via ethernet cable you will be able to get the configuration page of the router.

Windows XP
1. Click start
2. Click run
3. Type cmd in the box and press enter
4. On the black screen type ipconfig and press enter
5. Look for the default gateway
6. Copy that and use that to access the configuration page using the internet explorer
7. Open internet explorer, type http://the default gateway you copied in the address bar of the internet explorer
ex: http://192.168.1.0

Windows Vista
1. Click pearl button (start in xp)
2. Click on start search box (run in xp)
3. Type cmd in the box
4. Right click the black icon up at the top
5. Click on run as administrator
6. Click on continue
7. On the black screen type ipconfig and press enter
8. Look for the default gateway
9. Copy that and use that to access the configuration page using the internet explorer
10. Open internet explorer, type http://the default gateway you copied in the address bar of the internet explorer

Try checking what addons are running in IE, it could be a Software conflict , also update flash/java/shockwave . You can use the firstbar but it disables client side scripting. Glype works pretty well and CGI is java re-rewrighting

open internet explorer go to tools-->>internet option-->>security-->>restricted sites
and check is yahoo there if you find it then remove it from there and restart the computer.

The sender did something wrong, because Outlook can read html without problems. Try to go to the page itself, if you can find the link, or try to open the html attachment in Internet Explorer. (Right-clik > Open with... > Internet Explorer.)

Open Internet Explorer.
Press [Alt] + [T] + [O]
Choose the Advanced tab from the menu.
Click on the [Reset] button below the Reset Internet Explorer Settings b section.
Close Internet Explorer.
Remove all versions of JRE (Java Runtime Environment).
Install JRE 1.4.2_08
Open Internet Explorer and open the Yahoo mail page.
