SOURCE: Grohe 32 071 K4 spewing water from single vale or tube under sink

There should be an o-ring on the mating surfaces of the hose and the faucet that my be missing.  It could also me that the big washer in side of the faucet (under the cartridge) has been shifted.
I doubt it is the cartridge itself, always try the cheap ideas first.

SOURCE: how to install supply lines for Grohe k4 faucet

I hope this helps.
Step11Turn off the water supply. You'll find a shut-off valve under your kitchen sinkmag-glass_10x10.gif. Once the water is turned off, open up the kitchen faucets to allow the water remaining in the pipes to drain way. Step2Catch the drips by placing a bucket under the hot water supply line, located on the left side of your sink. Even a minimum of water can cause a mess and be potentially damaging. Step3Use a wrench to remove the compression nut that secures the hot water supply line. Let the disconnected section fall into the bucket. Use the wrench to loosen and remove the nut at the other end of the line and remove it as well. Step4Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the cold water supply line. Step5Replace the cold water supply line. Hand-tighten the nuts on both ends, then use the wrench to tighten the nuts completely. Repeat the process with the hot water supply line. Step6Turn on the water supply and test for leaks

I have a Rohl kitchen faucet There are greenish white particles collecting in the screen at the head of the faucet. It clogs and water is greatly comprimized

"lime scale deposits." That's lime scale, or scale deposit, forms because your tap water is "hard" with dissolved minerals. Pure lime scale is white, But your lime scale can turn green from copper pipes or fixtures.
You don't need to replace your faucet. You could install a under cabinet filter. Or a whole house filter that would help allot.

Clean lime scale from Ladylux cafe pullout

Soak it in white vinegar. It may take longer than stronger chemicals, but you probably have white vinegar on hand.

Change grohe faucet washer

Hi, Ensure that all water is switched off from the mains incoming tap, and hot water turn off tap under your boiler if that's the system you have.
Next open both levers of tap to ensure no water coming out, then remove heads with adjustable spanner. (Anti clockwise). Take to nearest plumbers merchant and they will supply new washers. It is a good idea before putting heads back in! get some de-scale liquid and spray them until lime-scale removed.
Screw heads back in turn off both taps and re-instate water supply. Then open both taps to clear any air in system.
And that's it.
If you find the heads are in bad order then you can buy replacments cheap enough, Just ask your merchants advice.
Hope this helps Thanks Paul.

I have a grohe ladylux that is almost 3 years old. the water pressure is low. When i unscrewed the head water flows well, but when the head is back on it rens slowly. I,ve cleaned the screen by unscrewing...

On this particular faucet you may not be able to reach the part that might be giving you issues in the spray head. However, to take the head apart, on the spray face you will turn it counter clockwise, the aerator will come out at that point and you should be able to see down into the tube to see if there are any obstructions. Also if you are using the little Grohe water filter that goes into the handle before attaching the hose, it is possible that that is clogged especially after 3 years. You should be able to remove that altogether, or contact Grohe for a replacement. If once you have removed all of these and have found no removable obstructions, then the only other thing to do is contact Grohe for a replacement spray head which I believe they are still available. Hope that helps.

My Hans Grohe rain shower head is having a lighter spray recently. Is there a way to improve the spray force and/or clean it? Thanks, Therese Terschuren

Rain head showers are a nice thought, but they come with a bundle of problems. This is common one, though, so fear not.

As long as your regular shower head isn't losing pressure (I'm assuming that you have at least two heads instead of just one rain head) I would recommend carefully removing the head with an adjustable wrench and letting it soak in CLR (calcium lime rust) for at least an hour. Often times minerals in water will build up in the small holes on a shower head and greatly reduce efficiency.

Remember to apply teflon tape to the threads before carefully retightening the shower head to avoid spraying water from the wrong end!
