First select your operating system 32 or 64 bit next select
others and ULi Chipset Driver
Click on global for download
Unzip the file before installation.

The chipset in your motherboard doesn't have in it a controller for the SATA, it uses an external one - ULI M1573. For it to be activated and the disk detected its driver must be already in the install disk. Unfortunately the XP install disk doesn't have any SATA drivers and the ULI driver isn't included in the original Vista disk . So you must add it on a floppy during install Here it is http://download.cnet.com/ULi-SATA-Controller-M1573/3000-18492_4-159398.html

1. put Motherboard Cd (come with p5rd1vm) in cd/dvd rom.
2. BIOS configure as boot from cdrom.
3. restart machine Motherboard CD boot with press enter
4. command line shows 4 option
5. Select 1st option for exact and proper copy ULi sata driver for winxp.
6. Insert floppy press enter
7.you see d copy procedure.
8.then this floppy insert when winxp setup asking F6 for additional driver.

SATA drives need 3rd party drivers similar to SCSI when installing WINDOWS press option F6 to install drivers

You would have to buy a PCI card that has sata ports since the ULI chipset on the mobo doesn't support new operating systems.

go to the board manufacturers website and find the support link and you should find the link to download the drivers and bios and users manuals as well.
