I had d-link DWM- 156 3.75G HSUPA USB Adapter. when i connect to my windows 7 it shows 'error 692' plz suggest me what to do

It's most likely because 'Telephony' is turned off in your PC. Just search Google for Error 711, you'll find Microsoft's solution foir error 711. Just do as directed. USM modem will dial in no time!

The USB Adapter is plug and play. This means Windows will automatically detect it and start installing the drivers for it. If Windows is unable to install the drivers you might have to install the ones from the CD if one was provided along with the USB Adapter.

Please note that according to the specifications I found the D-LINK 3.75G HSUPA is only compatible with USB 2.0. This means that if you plug it into a USB 3.0 port it won't be detected by your computer and the USB Adapter will not work.

This error usually comes when you use usb cable to connect the phone to pc . Please try to unplug the cable and plugin the USB cable to another port and try via pc suite to connect to internet. If still it is not working try to connect on another pc via same USB cable to phone. If you are getting the same error still then this means the USB cable is damaged then change the USB cable and you can connect to PC. If USB cable works with other pc then reinstall pc suite or try connecting by creating dial up connection.
