plasma tvs and video game consoles are a big no-no. Plasma tvs like to suffer from "burn-out" or their is a problm with the 360 and it's getting ready to red-ring, try it on a different TV.
either the address board or the panel has gone bad. the problem is that many times the address board is part of the panel. if it is under 2 years old you need to get with lg and push for a new panel
i had a similar problem with my lg tv i went to menu/options scroll down and did a factory reset it tunes your tv in again and after that my picture came back

Open the back cover and check the fuses on Y Sus Board and X Sus Board. If you can find a blown fuse, just replace that board and your problem will be fixed.
