Since the phone worked before the visibility issue is unlikely to be the cause. Try plugging your TomTom into your computer. In the my tomtom software, select manage my TomTom. Now find and select the item about mobile phone settings and delete it. That should fix the problem when you next ask the TomTom to set up a connection with your phone.

I have tomtom730 can not defrag internal drive not enough space

when connected to your pc you can create space by throwing away alot of sounds an languages you dont use. check if there are more things u dont want an create space by deleting. if you make back up first you can always return them. good luck with tomtom home.

    Phone compatability

Theoretically any Bluetooth-enabled phone will work with your device. However, there are certain phones by different manufacturers known to have issues pairing with the TomTom. The BEST way around this is to take your GO 730 into the store with you, and actually test it out prior to purchasing it to make sure it will pair correctly.

If you had your old voyager connect, make sure when you connect the new voyager, delete the phone on your tomtom in the manage phone option and delete the tomtom from the mobile in the bluetooth/paired devices option.
Then try again and get the tomtom to connect to your mobile.

    Thanks,

TomTom Home does not recognise device

Have you created a TomTom account? For each device you own it needs its own e mail address which it links to and you need to be logged in when you plug in your Tomtom.
