My microwave keeps beeping even when I unplug it

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but with many of their models (and many other manufacturer models as well), unfortunately the beep cannot be turned off.

We recommend you have the microwave evaluated by an authorized service center.

It may need a reset. You can do that by unplugging the power for a minute or two, then plugging it back in and setting the clock.

If it still fails, you may have a failing cooling fan or a problem on the control circuit board.

The turntable system typically consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray.

Here is a video of how a turntable motor should sound when you rotate it by hand.

If yours is not set to be off via the control panel, and it won't rotate or it sounds like it's grinding, etc., you may have a bad motor or plastic coupler.

To replace either, you need to unplug power, then remove the bottom cover of the oven.

The magnetron (the part that heats the food) may be bad or the circuitry to the magnetron may have burned out. Basically my advice is that if you have no electrical expertise, it isn't worth fixing. The magnetron if bad, costs almost as much as a new microwave. If you open it up (make sure it has been unplugged for a few hours and don't seen any obvious burnt parts, then most likely the magnetron is done and a new microwave is the way to go.

something is probably over-heating. any unusual smell?
are you using 'microwave' safe containers? no metal, foil,or even foil coated hamburger wrappers! or other fast-food product wrappers that are foil coated!
IF IT DOES IT ALL THE TIME- then buy a new one!
they (even in this economy) aren't budget breakers!

Check those three microswitches in the latch assembly.

Unless there's a bad connection at a magnetron terminal, I would say you have a failing magnetron.

It sounds like you press STOP two or three times to lock it. Maybe that (or another key) will unlock it.

The lock / unlock procedure will be covered in your owner's manual.

Or you can try a hard reset - unplug it from the wall for one minute, then plug it back in and try again.

The manual states that it will beep once a minute after food cooks until you open the door or press stop. Other than that, it sounds like an error condition.
