The Proper way is with a "watch case wrench". They can be purchased for a few dollars on Amazon and E-bay. In most cases unless you are changing many watch batteries the best option is to call around to local jewelers and pawn shops and ask how much to replace a watch battery. Pull those off then slide the cover off. The cmos battery will look like a big watch battery just pop it out and hit walmart or any drug store that sells watch battery's should not be to had to find

Asus motherboards usually use a lithium CR2032 battery for CMOS. Also, on the top of the old CMOS battery you took out there should be the exact battery type engraved on the surface.

Open the casing with a flathead screwdriver by orying open at the slot in the side. Completely remove the circuit board from both halves of the casing to access the battery.

Take your watch to your nearest watch shop and ask them to do it for you.

You can get into difficulty replacing batteries and it is not worth the risk for the small cost saving in doing it yourself.

The remote does have a battery. It either has a small door that slides open or you remove a screw to separate the two halves of the case. The battery is inside.

There are 2 removable plastic plates on either side of the power entry connector> Pry these off with a knife and remove the 2 screws. Next slide the razor out of it's case. The batteries are soldered in.
