Baumatic BFD64SS Diswasher - power light on but can't programme

The power light comes on when pressed and the front panel lights up but nothing happens when I press the programme button. Normally I can select P1 P2 or P3 etc - but nothing works when I press it. Help!

    Have the BDW5 full height dishwasher. All the lights are lit at the same time but not flashing, stop button not turning them off. Nothing in the manual under troubleshooting, only mentions probable cause if lights are flashing, which is something to do with door not being closed correctly. Door is definately closing, checked and no obstructions. Had to turn off at mains. Anyone have any ideas.

Error 3 on dishwasher
E3 on BDW45.1 is a failure to reach correct temperature (or the diswasher is unable to dectect the water has reached the correct temperature). You may find the items are not being dried fully.

Diswasher
Check the float switch. If it is stuck the machine will start but no water will be allowed in and the pump will turn on to drain the non existant water. This happens often when a small item gets under the float preventing it from allowing the water valve to open. Find the float in the bottom of your machine and make sure it moves freely.
