Charging the player -
Connect the Player to your computer via USB. Leave your system on and the Player connected for 2 hours to charge the battery. The indicator light will flash until battery is charged.
Try switching off and on to reset, if that doesn't work then take it back for refund or contact them here -
Um honestly .... well, if it will stay on though it's blank, it should be reformattable. If it simply will not turn on even though it's fully charged ... unfortunately it's probably destined for the trash bin.
Connect the supplied USB cable to the player and plug it into the USB port of a computer. OR You can plug the USB cable into a 5 volt mains USB power adapter.

once attached to computer open file "my computer" attach an mp3 file to each drive. disconnect hipstreet. re-attach hipstreet once again. once again open "my computer". by clicking on each drive seperately you with see the "drive" with the mp3 file on it. this is the drive which hipstreet is linked to. note: when you wish to remove all songs, leave one track remaining such that you won't have this problem again!
