My flatron lg w2234s monitor has no picture. Blue light comes on and blinks slowly but no picture
Hi My screen developed exactly the same problem. It appears to be a hardwear problem associated with the screen it's self. continuity test is ok on the lead so I took it back to the shop under warranty and hey presto, the replacement works. I don't know what the problem is but there are a number of other folks on another thread with the same problem and their entries are dated May 09 too. Dave
Hi, has power
so this a problem with the VGA card in the moniter. The part number you require are Manufacturer Part Number EBU59489401
Board Numbers 791501300700R
google/ebay give a selection.
The
w2234s is one of the easiest to dissassemble with no screws holding the
outer casing. I have swapped the VGA card and fix this on 3 W2234s,
all less than 3 years old. No faulty caps. Others took 20mins+ before
going loopy (on/off continously) some less than 3 sec.
Plz reinstall the OS and un plugg the ram and again plugg the ram if the machine have same problem then i think ur mosfet of the monitor is damaged ,

Do you know for sure that your computer is booting up and that it has video? Monitor might be good. Try another monitor to make sure that your computer is booting up.
