go to link, look at page 4, using a tx20 driver remove the pump cover indicated by number 0462 on diagram, check for obstruction, may be a piece of glass etc so go careful, remove any debris and check the impellor turns ok. The unit will not drain without this cover refitted but you can check impellor is rotating whilst it is off. Check all outlet hoses, particularly the spigot connection under the sink if this is how it is fitted, Good luck

The defrost drain is clogged. Defrost drains usually get there clog right behind the back freezer panel. Remove this to get to the defrost drain and remove all built up ice and clear the drain and you should be fine. Hope this helps.

neff dishwasher will drain water goes in but the top and bottom spray do not work tablet falls in goes through cycle but will not wash. iangas

Drain pump is either faulty or blocked, follow drain hose back to d/washer pump is at the end, always isolate from power supply before attempting any work

Hello there,

when the machine makes drowning sounds and beeps error dry (while trying to drin out) blow strongly into the drain pipe. It should result in a higher flow of water out the drain pipe and error 3 should go away.

Check the drain pump and any associated hoses to and from the pump. There may be a blockage, restriction or the drain pump could be jammed or seized.
