Dont have installation CD for Lexmark X5470 All in ONe

I need the installation CD Is there a way to instal it with out the cd?

Go to www.lexmark.com - upper part you'll see Drivers and Downloads - Under that option select Driver Finder - Type in your printer model ( X5470 ) - Select your operating system - Vista 64bit operating system drivers are only available thru www.lexmark.com - click on download now - if it wont open up the download page, please check any pop up secutiry blocker. Set it to allow all pop-up message. - highly suggest to click on save instead of just selecting run.

If your trying just to install the drivers, goto http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi

Type in your model ie:X5470 and you can download the drivers for your operating sytem right from the Lexmark web page. I asume the the machine is using USB to print, so download the driver and install it, then plug the USB cable from the printer into your computer and windows will do the rest.

Lexmark x5470 drivers won't install with cd or thru Lexmark on line. Using windows vista 32 bit.

Make sure to uninstall the old Lexmark driver before installing the downloaded driver. It should automatically create a print object under "Printers" after installing the driver.

If you have the printer CD, install it by placing in CD drive and run setup.

How do i connect my lexmark x5470 with out cd software

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

Unplug printer USB.
Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
Follow driver installation wizard.
Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
