Try to unstick the float. The float tells the DW how much water is in it at any given time. It is shaped like a mushroom on the bottom of the DW basin. Gently pick it up and set it back down. Does it seem free? Try the cycle again.

SOURCE: How do I reset DMt400RHS dishwasher?

read you instruction manual, section troubleshooting, go to the menu, and proceed. If you do not have instr.manual download from www. retrevo.com or www.fitness.manualsonline.com
However you can reset from the main power, reset the c.breaker that control the dishwasher machine.
God bless you

SOURCE: My Samsung DMR57 Dishwasher gives me error code

Our unit started displaying code 9E after filling, draining and filling again. At the beginning it was enough just to restart it. Finally this trick didn't work anymore. Before calling service for out of warranty I decided to take the unit out of the cabinet and start it. Of course this didn't fixed the problem. Then i noticed where the water comes in and I took off the panel on the left side bottom. 366571e.jpg
Under the panel there is a white box that has a floater inside. The floater is pushing a lever that actuates a micro switch. I noticed that the lever wasn't moving as the machine started to fill in with water. The lever was stuck. An easy touch on the lever fixed the problem and the machine started working. 677e4ea.jpg
I will put back the washer for now but if it happens again in the next future i'll have to find a more permanent fix.

I have a Samsung dishwasher model #DW7933LRABB that starts to run normal then I get 3 flashing lights Normal, Heavy and Smart then does not complete the cycle

The Normal, Heavy and Smart lights will blink when there is low water level in the dishwasher. Check that the sump area isn't blocked from filling with water. Often there is a float inside the tub that can be held down by a utensil that fell under the lower basket. Remove any foreign objects. Then try to run the dishwasher when it is completely empty. The parts diagram for the dishwasher is available here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/60yajq87a8-001482/samsung-dw7933lrabb-aa-01-dishwasher-parts . If there isn't an obvious blockage in the water level monitors, you could have a wiring problem or an issue with the control board that doesn't get the signal for water reaching the desired level. (Note: if the incoming water pressure were too low, only the Smart light would flash.)

The manual for the DW7933LRABB is available from Sears Parts Direct on the product page: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/manual/60yajq87a8-001482/samsung-dw7933lrabb-aa-01-dishwasher . The current link to the manual is https://c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/pd_download/lis_pdf/OWNM/1206228L.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Samsung dishwasher heavy and delicate lights blink and cycle stops

The lights that are blinking are indicating an error code--the particular code you describe is a "heater error". You will have to check the circuit for an open heater element, loose or broken wire, defective main control board. The part number for the main board is DE92-02256C. Hope I helped you!

What causes a Samsung dishwasher to flash heavy and smart auto on control panel

Hello. The lights you describe are an error code that means over-level filling (overflow condition) and/or the leakage sensor underneath has detected water. You need to check underneath the unit for any moisture. There is a leakage sensor located at the center of the base, underneath the unit. If it detects water, it will notify the main board which will stop the unit until the condition is cleared.

Samsung dmt400rhs blinking HEAVY light

I believe that error code indicates that you've got a leakage error, which means water has leaked down into the base of the dishwasher. You'll have to pull the dishwasher out, pull off the side panels, and dry up all the water, but then you still have the problem of figuring out where the leak came from and fixing the problem before you can use the dishwasher. The most common source of leakage in a Samsung DW is the drain pump and/or drain hose.

Low water level

I have a Samsung DMT400RHS and I started getting the low water level error ('Normal'+Heavy'+Smart Auto' LED blinking). The error started intermittently a few weeks ago, but the the last day or two the problem was solid, and simply restarting the cycle no longer worked.
I looked of the code in the dishwasher user guide and it said 'low water level.' Searched the internet and located the repair manual at tradebit.com for $15. The manual was well worth the $15.
The manual suggested: 1) loose level sensor connector 2) Faulty Assy case sensor or stuck floater aka 'remove foreign matter' 3) Bad Main PBA assy.
Since we do 10+ loads a week for the last 18 months the stuck floater seemed to be the most likely cause.
Go to Samsung DMT400RHS Low Water Level Error ('Normal'+Heavy'+Smart Auto' LED) (new link is https://photos.google.com/album/AF1QipNtp1neOR7icVG8cSs71bLpxQD5k_xljiWcJD2P click the i on each picture to see the caption - DM 04/17/2016) to see the pictures and read the captions documenting what I did. Do this at your own risk. You must turn off and disconnect the electric power and turn off the water supply before you begin.

Low-level water level error DMT400RHS

We took off the left side bottom and the float was stuck on ours. We bumped on it on the very bottom plastic while it was feeling up with water and the float flew up and now its working. We gonna let it run its course then clean it out where float is to make sure it doesnt have any more residue or gunk in it.
